Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
- Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing campaign performance.
- Experience working with D2C, eCommerce, or marketing agencies is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹70,801.92 - ₹90,473.33 per month
