About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Web Sales Executive to drive sales of website development and web-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and online platforms.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable web solutions.
- Sell website development services, including Business Websites, E-commerce Websites, Corporate Websites, Landing Pages, WordPress Websites, Custom Web Applications, Website Redesign, and Website Maintenance.
- Conduct client meetings, virtual demos, and sales presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the design and development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Stay updated on website technologies, digital trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in Web Sales, IT Sales, Website Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable web solutions.
- Target-driven with strong closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Web Sales, Website Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
