About the Role
Fulcro is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Junior Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team by engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments. This role is ideal for individuals starting their career in sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide basic information about Fulcro's products and services.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and interest.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to ensure timely engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer handover.
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly lead status reports.
- Meet assigned lead generation and appointment booking targets.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Pay: ₹10,090.64 - ₹25,000.00 per month
