We are seeking a highly capable and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Manager with over 9 years of experience in driving product awareness, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of cables, instrumentation, and thermal solutions, combined with proven expertise in strategic marketing and vendor negotiations.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for electrical cables, instrumentation products, and thermal solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, OEMs, and end-users across sectors such as Chemical, Steel, Solar, Cement, and Power.
- Conduct market research, prepare forecasts, and contribute to annual marketing plans.
- Coordinate sales projects and ensure achievement of regional sales targets.
- Provide technical demonstrations, resolve customer issues, and oversee product installations.
- Negotiate with vendors and manage procurement for assigned product lines.
- Collaborate with internal departments for product development and promotional activities.
- Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Education:
- B.E. in Electronics & Communication (Pursuing)
- Diploma in Electronics & Communication
- Strong technical understanding of cables, instrumentation, and thermal calibration equipment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi.
- Minimum 8–10 years in Sales & Marketing roles within electrical, instrumentation, or industrial product sectors.
- Previous experience with leading companies such as Special Cables Pvt Ltd, Tempsens Instruments, Toshniwal Industries, and EQDC.
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in preparing presentations and marketing reports.
- Technical problem-solving and product demonstration expertise.
