RZR's India recruiting function sits at the heart of our global growth engine, and this Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the end-to-end hiring process for a mixed portfolio of tech and non-tech roles across our Bangalore and Global offices. You'll work directly with hiring managers across business units, serve as the primary point of contact for candidates experiencing RZR's hiring process, and partner closely with our Global Head of Talent Acquisition to ensure we're building the right team at the right speed.
This is a high-ownership role in a lean, senior team. You won't be handed a playbook — you'll help write it. RZR is growing, and the person who takes this seat will have meaningful influence over how we attract, assess, and close talent across our most important markets.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a mixed portfolio of tech and non-tech roles across the org — from kickoff through to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements, calibrate the hiring bar, and build structured, effective interview processes
- Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, niche India-market channels, and community partnerships
- Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience at every stage, from first outreach through close
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and stage hygiene in Greenhouse so the team always has a clear view of what's moving and what's stuck
- Act as a market intelligence resource for India-based stakeholders — bring data on compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring moves
- Collaborate with the global TA team on process improvements, cross-functional hiring initiatives, and reporting
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced tech or growth-stage environment
- Demonstrated success hiring across both technical and non-technical functions
- Deep knowledge of the India talent market, particularly Bangalore — you know where the talent is, what it costs, and how to reach it
- Strong stakeholder management skills — you can hold your own with senior leaders without hand-holding and push back when the brief needs it
- Proficiency with Greenhouse or a comparable enterprise ATS
