Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Maintenance Technician to install, service, repair, and maintain cardio and strength fitness equipment at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused approach, and the willingness to travel extensively for installations, servicing, and preventive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customer complaints and service requests assigned by the Maintenance Department.
- Perform installation, assembly, commissioning, and testing of cardio and strength fitness equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs at customer sites.
- Diagnose equipment faults and identify required spare parts.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical issues.
- Prepare and submit service reports, visit reports, and expense claims on time.
- Update daily attendance, work status, and service records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and provide timely updates.
- Handle company tools, spare parts, and equipment responsibly.
- Assist in equipment delivery, installation, and other maintenance-related activities as assigned.
- Travel extensively for service visits, installations, training, and official assignments.
- Maintain professional conduct while following company policies and safety standards.

Preferred Skills:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
