Coal Mine Supervisor (Experienced) – Chitra Coal Mines
Designation: Coal Mine Supervisor
Location: Chitra Coal Mines, Jharkhand
Experience: 5–10 years in underground or opencast coal mining
Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree in Mining Engineering.
- Valid Overman/Mining Supervisor Certificate of Competency (DGMS, if applicable).

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily mining operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor drilling, blasting, loading, transportation, and coal extraction activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with mine safety rules, DGMS regulations, and company SOPs.
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Supervise miners, machine operators, and contract workers.
- Coordinate with Mine Manager, Engineers, and Safety Officers.
- Maintain shift reports, production records, and safety documentation.
- Inspect mining equipment and coordinate maintenance requirements.
- Investigate unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions.
