Position Summary :
Teqtics is one of the key principal busines vertical that is being developed in Teqo given the domestic and global market potential. The team is blended with highly experienced industrial pioneers with profound understanding of the Renewable energy business as whole including their projects and power plant. The team compounds well versed knowledge in design, engineering, supply chain management, on site execution & maintenance of Solar Photovoltaics projects especially with creative and competitive awareness of the current and future commodity.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver technical due diligence projects on time within provided budget, with at most quality (DC Testing & On-Site Inspection)
- Define annual DC testing plans for O&M portfolio as per contractual terms and ensure schedule adherence
- Ensure timely testing as per pre-defined schedule and execute result analysis and report submission to clients
- Ensure all DC testing equipment calibration on time and to develop local vendor base
- Ensure onsite testing (pre/post commissioning) for international/domestic EPC projects
- To prepare and maintain Standard operating Procedures, Scope of Works for all the DC testing & Tech DD activities
- To create and develop international & domestic DC testing vendor database
- Lead and drive cross-functional efforts to increase competitiveness across the business’ value chain
- Participate in customer dialogues and the interpretation of market and customer trends with the clients throughout the project life cycle
- Provide guidance and collaborate with strategic product/process team (both internal & external) to ensure current market trends and insights are integrated along with organization
- Hold regular meetings with all the stake holders to understand and update on the project progress and to provide periodical feedback on the progress
- Support the competence development of individuals skill set on the team while providing necessary coaching when and where needed
Experience
- Minimum of 5 to Maximum 7 years of degree major-related experience for bachelor candidate and 2-3 year of experience for master candidate (Experience is in Solar PV will be given first preference)
- Good command on MS-office suites (Should be an advanced user of Excel & Word)
- Intermediate/Advanced user of Auto-CADD
- Experiences in handling testing team/ testing related activities and also testing equipment
- Experience in Design / Construction (Experience on Drawings reading, Technical GTP understanding etc)
- Good understanding of entire solar project activities is mandatory; including but not limited to Business Development, Project Development, Engineering, Procurement & Construction, Operation & Maintenance and etc.,
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time (for customer’s need and team’s need)
