Requirements for a Civil Engineering Site Position Educational Qualifications
Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Relevant Experience Experience: 1 – 2 years of practical, on-site experience in residential building construction. Technical Competencies
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), quantity estimation, AutoCAD (drawing reading), and MS Excel for site logs. Language Proficiency
Languages: Working proficiency in Tamil for direct communication with local labor and vendors.
Transportation and License Mobility: Personal two-wheeler with a valid driving license for local site travel.
You will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, supervising labor, ensuring material quality, and maintaining project timelines from foundation to handover.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
