Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Python, Django, SQL/MySQL, and JavaScript to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend layers and be able to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using Python and Django
- Build and manage REST APIs and backend services
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Design, optimize, and maintain databases using SQL / MySQL
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
- Ensure application security, data protection, and best coding practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in web-based application development
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework
- Good knowledge of SQL and MySQL (database design & queries)
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and role-based access
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React / Vue / Angular)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms or deployment (AWS, Azure, Linux servers)
- Experience with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to ERP, manufacturing, or workflow-based applications
