About Samarth
Samarth Early Intervention Centre is one of Pune's leading centres for children with autism and other developmental needs. Since 2013, we have been helping children learn new skills and supporting families through evidence-based intervention.
We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and well-organized person to manage the day-to-day operations of our centre and help us grow our services.

What You Will DoCentre Operations
- Make sure the centre runs smoothly every day.
- Coordinate therapy schedules and room allocation.
- Ensure children, therapists, and parents have a well-organized experience.
- Monitor attendance of staff and children.
- Make sure daily activities happen on time.
Team Support
- Work closely with therapists, supervisors, and office staff.
- Help with onboarding new employees.
- Maintain staff records and important documents.
- Organize team meetings and follow up on action items.
- Support the Director with day-to-day operations.
Parent Support
- Be the main contact person for parents regarding schedules, admissions, and centre-related questions.
- Respond to parent enquiries in a polite and timely manner.
- Help solve day-to-day concerns faced by families.
- Ensure every family has a positive experience at Samarth.
Admissions
- Speak with new families who enquire about our services.
- Explain our programs and guide families through the admission process.
- Follow up with families who have shown interest.
- Keep admission records updated.
School Outreach & Community Connections
- Visit schools, preschools, clinics, and professionals to introduce Samarth's services.
- Build good relationships with schools, doctors, psychologists, and other referral partners.
- Help organise awareness programs, workshops, and community events.
- Represent Samarth at educational events when required.
Office & Administration
- Keep records and documents updated and organized.
- Ensure forms and reports are completed on time.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and supplies.
- Monitor inventory of therapy materials and office supplies.
Centre Management
- Ensure the centre is clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance whenever needed.
- Make sure therapy rooms and common areas are well maintained.
Planning & Improvement
- Find better ways to improve the way the centre works.
- Help create simple systems and checklists for smooth operations.
- Prepare basic reports for the Director.
- Support new projects and initiatives that help the centre grow.
Other Responsibilities
- Take ownership of new responsibilities as the centre grows.
- Support the Director in achieving the goals of the organisation.
Who We Are Looking For
We would love to meet someone who:
- Is honest, responsible, and dependable.
- Has good communication skills in English and Marathi or Hindi.
- Is confident speaking with parents, schools, and professionals.
- Can manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Enjoys organising people and processes.
- Is comfortable using a computer, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and WhatsApp.
- Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Management, Psychology, Commerce, Education, or related disciplines preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, administration, office management, education, healthcare, or a service-based organisation.
- Experience managing a team will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹13,939.70 - ₹27,000.00 per month
