Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Conduct regular market visits to increase product awareness and sales.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Dealer Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
Ensure dealer satisfaction and provide timely support.
Assist dealers in sales planning and local promotional activities.
Monitor dealer performance and stock availability.
Customer Relationship Management
Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Market Promotion
Organize promotional events, roadshows, and product demonstrations.
Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, and marketing campaigns.
Promote brand visibility and market penetration.
Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain records of customer visits, dealer meetings, and sales activities.
Update CRM/ERP systems with relevant sales information.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in Sales, Marketing, FMCG, Automobile, EV, or related industries.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Sales and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

20–35 Years
