Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)
Will be responsible for overall planning & execution and cost control of civil works of Complete Civil works for the project in hand in coordination with MEP team.
Key Functions & Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end project management, including initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure.
· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
· Monitor project progress regularly to ensure milestones are met within the defined timelines.
· Oversee day-to-day construction work, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
· Establish and monitor quality control procedures, ensuring all works meet the required standards (e.g., ISO standards, IS codes).
· Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols, regulations, and best practices ("Zero Harm culture") to safeguard workers and materials.
· Optimize resource utilization (manpower, materials, equipment) and perform cost-benefit analyses.
· Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs), ensuring accurate execution at the site.
· To review the Master Project schedule and ensure implementation.
· To review, the Structural, Architectural, ID drawings and bring discrepancies into the notice of team along with Coordination with MEP team.
· To indent for procurement of materials to ensure receipt of materials on time, with reference to all civil / finishes works.
· To have regular / daily meetings with contractors and project team.
· Scheduled report to the management on progress.
· Responsible to enforce the implementation of best HSE practice by Project Team and Contractors.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
