We are hiring for Documentation Senior Executive – Freight Forwarding
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 4–6 Years salary : Up to ₹ 7 Lakhs Per Annum
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end Ocean Export & Import documentation and operations.
Prepare and verify BL, Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Checklist, etc.
Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, overseas agents, transporters, CHA, and internal teams.
Ensure timely customs documentation, filing, and compliance.
Handle #AMS, #ISF, #ENS & #RCG filings.
Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers and overseas agents.
Handle freight quotations and customer service support as required.
Resolve operational/documentation issues and ensure smooth shipment execution.
Follow company SOPs, compliance standards, and operational procedures.
Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
