Job Summary
Alpine Inc is seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting IT problems, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
- Install and configure Microsoft 365, Outlook, and other business applications.
- Perform system upgrades, software installations, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and service documentation.
- Provide on-site and remote support to users and clients.
- Ensure timely closure of support tickets and service requests.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Outlook administration.
- Knowledge of hardware components, upgrades, and repairs.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certifications, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Experience with Active Directory and basic server administration is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
