Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager – HVAC / MEP with strong hands-on site execution experience in HVAC/MEP projects. The ideal candidate should have experience managing site execution, project budgets, vendors, subcontractors, consultants/PMC and clients.
Candidates from Data Centre, Industrial and Contracting projects are preferred.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of total experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on HVAC/MEP project execution experience
- Strong experience in site execution and project delivery
- Experience in project budgeting and cost control
- Hands-on vendor management
- Experience in subcontractor handling and coordination
- Strong PMC/Consultant coordination
- Direct client interaction and stakeholder management
- Good understanding of HVAC/MEP installation, testing and commissioning
- Willingness to work at the assigned project location
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Data Centre projects
- Experience in Industrial projects
- Experience in MEP/HVAC contracting projects
- Knowledge of Project Pace
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders and project execution teams
Note: Mechanical Engineering graduation is not mandatory. Candidates with relevant technical qualifications and strong HVAC/MEP site execution experience can be considered.
Advanced Excel is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor day-to-day HVAC/MEP site execution activities
- Plan and supervise installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC/MEP systems
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and execution plans
- Coordinate with clients, PMC, consultants, vendors and subcontractors
- Manage project budgets, material requirements and cost control
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and project documentation
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues
- Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of activities
- Track manpower, materials and site resources
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate with internal Sales, Planning, Purchase and Commercial teams
- Prepare and review project progress reports and execution updates
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed time, cost and quality parameters
- Support customer satisfaction through effective project execution and timely issue resolution
Important Screening Criteria
Site execution experience is mandatory.
Candidates whose experience is primarily in design, estimation, quantity surveying or project coordination without hands-on site execution will not be considered.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
