We are looking for a skilled Flow Wrap Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain flow wrap packaging machines. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient packaging operations while maintaining product quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Operate and monitor flow wrap packaging machines during production.
● Set up and adjust machine parameters according to product specifications.
● Ensure proper sealing, wrapping, and packaging quality.
● Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
● Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults.
● Minimize product wastage and maintain production efficiency.
● Follow GMP, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
● Complete production records and coordinate with production and quality teams.
Requirements
● 1–3 years of experience operating flow wrap or similar packaging machines.
● Basic mechanical troubleshooting and machine handling skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
● Good attention to detail and quality standards.
● Willingness to work rotational shifts when required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
