Profile: Mern Stack Developer
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
Experience: 4-5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust web applications using Node.js and Next.js.
- Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Actively participate in "vibe coding" sessions—collaborative, focused coding sessions aimed at generating innovative solutions and maintaining a positive team dynamic.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and Next.js.
- Proficiency in working with both relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to or experience with AI tools like Cursor IDE or large language models such as Claude Sonnet.
- Understanding of Agentic AI Frameworks: Knowledge of how to build and integrate autonomous AI agents to handle complex, multi-step tasks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
