Job Title: Japanese Language Trainer
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: JLPT N3 Certification with a minimum of 1 year of Japanese language teaching/training experience OR JLPT N2 Certification with a minimum of 6 months of Japanese language teaching/training experience.
Job Role;
To deliver structured language training programs and support learners in achieving Japanese language proficiency goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong Japanese language skills, effective teaching abilities, and a learner-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Japanese language training sessions for students and candidates.
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Assess learner progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and assessments.
- Maintain attendance records, training documentation, and performance reports.
- Support learners in achieving language proficiency milestones and JLPT examination goals.
- Provide guidance on Japanese language usage and cultural understanding.
- Coordinate with academic and operational teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Ensure timely completion of training schedules and curriculum objectives.
Requirements
- JLPT N3 certification with at least 1 year of teaching/training experience, or JLPT N2 certification with at least 6 months of teaching/training experience.
- Strong proficiency in Japanese language, grammar, reading, writing, and communication.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor learners.
- Experience in classroom management and learner facilitation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms/tools.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Prior experience in Japanese language training is preferred.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
