Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable frontend applications.
- Mentor and guide frontend developers through code reviews and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with product, backend, UX, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Drive technical decisions, performance optimization, and frontend architecture.
- Participate in client discussions, solution design, and architecture reviews.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in frontend development.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience with HTMX.
- Strong knowledge of Redux, Redux Saga, Babel, Webpack, Tailwind CSS, CSS, and responsive UI development.
- Experience with frontend architecture, state management, API integration, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
- Experience in the eCommerce domain.
- Exposure to CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and cloud-based applications.
