Requirements:
Experience in retail, bakery, restaurant, or hospitality operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and customer service abilities
Ability to handle daily outlet operations, sales, and staff management
Computer knowledge preferred
Responsibilities:
- Managing daily outlet operations
- Supervising staff and ensuring excellent customer service
- Monitoring sales, stock, and cash handling
- Maintaining cleanliness and quality standards
- Achieving operational excellence
