- CRM tools
- Basic system and technology handling
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a startup environment
Passion for student success and career guidance
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel parents and students about our online tuition programs
Handle inquiries and convert leads into enrollments
Achieve monthly admission targets
Maintain CRM and follow up with prospective parents
