Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented professional who will be responsible for recruiting field sales executives and representing the brand at various on-ground programs and events. This role blends talent acquisition with public relations, requiring strong communication, networking, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen candidates for role fit, communication skills, and sales aptitude
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent for current and future hiring needs
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness
- Visit sites as and when required for leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 1 - 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales hiring preferred
- Strong understanding of sales roles (inside sales, field sales, B2B/B2C, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
