We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to support administrative functions across our GCC and India operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, be organized, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic work environment.
This role includes handling office documentation, license renewals, stationary procurement, vendor coordination, and maintaining inventory records. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and prior experience with inventory software is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support for GCC and India offices, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage and coordinate license renewals, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Organize and maintain all office documentation (digital and physical records).
- Oversee stationary and office supplies procurement, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Handle vendor management – onboarding, coordination, payments, and relationship maintenance.
- Maintain and update inventory records using MS Excel and/or inventory software.
- Coordinate with internal teams for facility management, repair, and maintenance needs.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, documentation, and travel arrangements when required.
- Provide support during audits and maintain documentation as per compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of administrative issues across regions.
