Content Creator – Canadian Immigration (IRCC Updates)
We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Creator who can produce high-quality content across multiple formats, including written articles, videos, graphics, and brochures focused on Canadian immigration updates, policies, and visa pathways.
This role requires someone who can stay updated with Canada’s immigration system and convert complex policy information into clear, engaging, and visually appealing content for a global audience.
About the Role
The Content Creator will be responsible for developing multi-format content related to Canadian immigration news, permanent residency pathways, work permits, and study options.
You will closely follow updates from the official Canadian immigration authority, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), and transform policy updates into engaging blogs, videos, graphics, and brochures.
Content Types
- Blog articles and written content on Canadian immigration topics
- Short-form or long-form videos explaining immigration updates
- Social media graphics and informational visuals
- Brochures and digital guides on immigration pathways
- Infographics simplifying policies and procedures
Responsibilities
- Create engaging content across multiple formats (text, video, design)
- Research and track official Canadian immigration updates
- Convert complex immigration laws into simple and engaging content
- Design visuals, infographics, and brochures for better understanding
- Produce video content explaining immigration updates clearly
- Ensure all content is accurate, updated, and well-structured
- Apply basic SEO principles for written content
- Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all formats
Work Schedule
- Based on Eastern Time (Toronto, Canada)
- Working hours: approximately 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST
- Must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with Canada-based operations
Requirements
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Experience in content creation across multiple formats
- Skills in video editing and graphic design
- Ability to design brochures, infographics, and social media creatives
- Ability to simplify complex legal or government content
- Strong research and fact-checking skills
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Interest in Canadian immigration systems and updates
