Job Description
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Tele Callers to promote the BSB Polymer Platform and on-board new users.
The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with Polymer Buyers, Traders, Manufacturers, Processors, and Industry Users to introduce BSB's technology platform, explain its features and benefits, and encourage app downloads and registrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make promotional and onboarding calls to Polymer Buyers and Users.
- Explain BSB Polymer App features, benefits, and platform offerings.
- Guide users through the registration and app download process.
- Share App Download Links through WhatsApp Software.
- Maintain call records and user interaction details.
- Achieve daily calling and onboarding targets.
- Coordinate with the internal support and onboarding team.
Daily Target
- Minimum 200 calls per day.
Required Skills
- Fluent communication in English and Hindi.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong telemarketing and customer engagement abilities.
- Professional corporate communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ability to work with Telephony Software and CRM tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Male and Female candidates can apply.
- Minimum Age: 28 Years.
- Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience in Telemarketing, Customer Acquisition, User Onboarding, or Business Development.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in B2B calling, industrial products, technology products, or supply chain-related industries.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Compensation
- Salary: ₹30,000+ per month
