Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Thermo Fisher Scientific products and solutions within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, research, academic, testing, mining, metals, cement, and manufacturing sectors.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and negotiate commercial terms to close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with application and service teams to ensure timely support and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales of analytical and scientific instruments.
- Prior experience in selling XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence), XRD (X-Ray Diffraction), and OES (Optical Emission Spectroscopy) instruments will be highly preferred.
- Experience in handling Thermo Fisher Scientific products and solutions will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key customer accounts.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
