Job Summary
We are looking for a Market Representative (MR) to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for developing the assigned territory, promoting company products, maintaining professional relationships with dermatologist and healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly visit Dermatologists, Skin Specialists, Clinics, and Healthcare Professionals to promote company products.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives for the territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, doctors, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and stockists.
Conduct effective product promotion and detailing and communicate product features and benefits.
Ensure proper product availability at distributors, stockists, and pharmacies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, doctor coverage, and other required records.
Participate in meetings, promotional activities, and company campaigns.
Develop the assigned territory through regular market visits, follow-ups, and new customer development.
Follow company policies, reporting procedures, and management instructions.
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate / B.Sc. / B.Pharm / D.Pharm or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 years of experience in sales
(Background preferred) : Dermatology, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or FMCG sales preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
