RankPro Academy is a growing coaching institute dedicated to helping students achieve success in competitive examinations. We specialize in SSC and Railway coaching, offering expert guidance, structured learning, and result-oriented preparation.
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Academic Counselor to guide prospective students, manage admissions, and build strong relationships with aspirants and parents.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about SSC and Railway coaching programs.
- Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, fee structure, batch schedules, and career opportunities.
- Maintain student records and admission documentation.
- Coordinate with faculty and the academic team regarding batch planning.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Support marketing activities, seminars, and education fairs when required.
- Ensure an excellent student experience from inquiry to enrollment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Schedule
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
