Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Follow up with prospective students, enrolled learners, and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software regularly.
- Coordinate with sales, training, and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Develop customer engagement and retention initiatives.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Prepare CRM reports and monitor customer satisfaction metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Around 4+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Success, Student Relations, or Customer Support, preferably in the EdTech sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in student counseling or educational services.
- Knowledge of lead management and the customer lifecycle.
- Strong reporting and data management abilities.
Pay: ₹1,096.42 - ₹25,000.00 per month
