Job Summary
The Supply Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. This role ensures that products and materials are available on time, cost-effective, and meet quality standards to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the overall supply chain strategy
- Coordinate procurement, warehousing, and distribution activities
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust supply plans accordingly
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Optimize logistics and transportation processes
- Track and improve supply chain performance metrics (cost, efficiency, service levels)
- Identify risks and implement contingency plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in supply chain or logistics management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of inventory control and demand planning
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP, CIPS)
- Experience in a relevant industry (manufacturing, retail, FMCG, etc.)
- Familiarity with logistics and warehouse management systems
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
