Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser with 1–5 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with buyers, production, sourcing, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of garment orders from development to final shipment while meeting quality standards and delivery timelines.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesMerchandising & Order Management
- Handle garment orders from order confirmation through shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers regarding product specifications, approvals, and order updates.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing details, and merchandising documentation.
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely execution of all activities.
Sample Development
- Coordinate the development and submission of fit, size set, pre-production (PP), TOP, and shipment samples.
- Track buyer approvals and ensure necessary corrections are implemented before production.
Production Coordination
- Liaise with the production team to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Monitor production schedules and follow up on pending activities.
- Coordinate with planning and quality teams to resolve production-related issues.
Fabric & Trim Coordination
- Follow up with suppliers for timely procurement of fabrics and trims.
- Monitor material availability to avoid production delays.
- Ensure all required materials meet buyer specifications.
Quality & Compliance
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team during inspections.
- Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and company procedures.
- Follow up on corrective actions for quality-related issues.
Shipment Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely shipment.
- Prepare and verify shipment-related documentation.
- Ensure deliveries are completed within committed timelines.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain merchandising trackers and order status reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Keep all merchandising records updated and organized.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree .
- Goodcommunication.

Experience
- 1–5 years of experience as a Merchandiser or Junior Merchandiser in the garment/apparel manufacturing industry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
