We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Azure DevOps and Cloud-Kubernetes Operators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. What You'll Do:

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.

Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking, reporting, and CI/CD processes.

Implement and manage Kubernetes Operators to automate deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues that may impact project timelines or quality.

Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Expertise You'll Bring:

Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, including experience with pipelines, repositories, and project management tools.

In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes Operators and experience deploying and managing containerized applications.

Proven experience with project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.

Experience leading complex cloud and DevOps transformation projects.

Certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are preferred.

Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud.

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

Experience leading teams in remote or hybrid work environments.

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.

Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
