Role Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for handling student communication, supporting academic processes, coordinating with multiple universities, and ensuring timely updates regarding admissions, exams, results, certificates, attestations and dispatch of certificated. The role ensures building positive relationships, addressing queries, ensuring service satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact between students and the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate academic processes
- Follow up with higher university officials for exam schedules, results, certificates, and attestation updates.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person queries.
- Guide students regarding admissions, eligibility, exam procedures, university regulations and fee.
- Process verification and attestation requirements accurately.
- Track exam schedules, result releases, and certificate status.
- Prepare periodic status reports for management.
- Highlight delays or concerns to the higher management team.
- Coordinate for discount issues
- Coordination for certificate and attestation issues
- Handling amount collection and Billing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
