Shift: US Night Shift
5 Working Days | Rotational Week Offs
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
Age Criteria: Below 30 Years
Key Requirements
✔ 1–3 years of experience in a US International Voice Process with Sales.
✔ Strong sales aptitude and customer handling skills.
✔ Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Promote and guide customers on the company's products and services.
Deliver an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Work towards business objectives and performance metrics.
Learn and efficiently use company tools, applications, and processes.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication in English (Mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Quick learner with good problem-solving skills.
