We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor with 3–5 years of experience in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality work, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects within the scheduled timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction site operations
- Manage workers and subcontractors effectively
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress and meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance, and material records
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Oversee material usage and manage deliveries
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations
- Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQ
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
