Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software engineering teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in alignment with business objectives.
- Familiarity with development standards, version control systems, and continuous integration practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical solutions across multiple teams.
