English proficiency, both spoken and written, is a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems
2. Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes
3. Contribute to HR branding initiatives to attract top talent
4. Assist with onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
5. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating policies
7. Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives
