- Oversee the daily production schedule and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Monitor and control production costs.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze production reports and budgets.
- Oversee the maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
- 8-10 years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment, preferably in air filter manufacturing or a related industry.
