We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access requests.
- Provide IT support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace users.
- Maintain IT assets and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
Requirements
- Experience in Desktop Support and IT Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktop hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Firewall Management and Network Security.
- Experience with endpoint security and device management tools.
