- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information
- Address customer concerns and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when required
- Provide product information, troubleshooting support, and guidance on services
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled politely and professionally
- Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or support roles preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in customer service or the BPO industry
- Knowledge of products and services in a similar domain
- Bilingual capabilities (if applicable)
