About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, student counseling, admission sales, and achieving monthly enrollment targets through effective communication and relationship management.
This is a performance-oriented inside sales role ideal for candidates with strong communication, sales, and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students/customers.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and admission processes.
- Convert leads into successful admissions/enrollments.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and conversion data in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-based environment.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, Admission Counseling, or EdTech Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and sales aptitude may also apply.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
