Title: Shipping Coordinator - CSR
Report to: Global CSR Manager
BU: High-Speed IO
Work Location: Bangalore
Tasks Summary & Responsibilities:
- To provide inventory list to internal teams daily.
- Co-operate with different departments to arrange shipment smoothly.
- Assist logistic team to follow up on RMR.
- Take the action on internal team complaints about delivery and other shipping issues within 24 hours.
Key Qualifications, Experiences & Knowledge:
Bachelor or above 4 years & above with Warehouse or Logistics experience.
Fluent in both of written and oral English.
Good Computer skills, such as Excel and PPT.
Must abide by all Health and Safety Rules and have demonstrated commitment to good housekeeping / organizational practices.
Responsible for compliance to company standards.
Maintain good working relationships with others.
Strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of the work environment, this includes active participation in company committees, project teams and relevant job training.
Commit to your self-development goals as discussed with your supervisor and attend all company-sponsored training.
