We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Quality & Training* Join us to build a team that delivers consistent quality and keeps learning every day. *About the Role:* We’re looking for a detail-oriented *Assistant Manager – Quality & Training* to monitor team performance, uphold quality standards, and design training programs that drive results. If you enjoy mentoring people and improving processes, this role is for you. *Key Responsibilities:* - *Quality Assurance:* Regularly audit and quality check the team’s work for accuracy, compliance, and client standards - Identify gaps, trends, and errors, and recommend corrective actions - Maintain quality scorecards, MIS reports, and dashboards for management review - *Training & Development:* Design and deliver onboarding and refresher training modules for new and existing employees - Conduct product/process training, soft skills sessions, and SOP workshops - Assess training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and performance metrics - Work closely with Team Leads to address skill gaps and performance issues - Ensure documentation of SOPs, training materials, and quality guidelines is updated - Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team *What We’re Looking For:* - 3–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance + Training in BPO/KPO, IT, Sales, or Operations - Proven experience in team auditing, call/email/chat quality monitoring - Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools - Ability to handle feedback constructively and coach team members - Graduate in any discipline.
