1. Customer Interaction
- Welcome customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs, budget, and preferences.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
- Arrange and conduct test drives.
2. Product Knowledge
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all car models, variants, pricing, and offers.
- Explain features such as engine performance, safety, mileage, and technology.
3. Sales Process
- Guide customers through the entire buying process.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices within company policies.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
4. Documentation & Finance
- Assist customers with paperwork such as:
- Booking forms
- Registration
- Insurance
- Financing / loan applications
- Coordinate with banks or finance companies.
5. Follow-ups
- Follow up with potential customers (leads) through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Inform customers about new offers and promotions.
6. After-Sales Support
- Ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Explain basic vehicle usage to the customer.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
7. Showroom Maintenance
- Ensure vehicles are clean and properly displayed.
- Keep brochures, price lists, and promotional materials ready.
Required Skills
- Good communication and persuasion skills

- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel)
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of automobiles
Qualification
- Minimum: Any Degree / Diploma / 12th pass
- Experience: 0–3 years in sales (automobile sales preferred)
Salary (India – Typical Range)
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (fixed)
- Sales incentives / commission
