Commis Chef/Chinese Cook

Roles and responsibility:
Responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
- Designs menus and recipes.
- Should be innovative in their style and bring new ideas
- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese cuisine dishes.
- Operate wok stations, fryers, steamers, and other kitchen equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
- Prepare sauces, marinades, and basic Chinese dishes.
- Should be experienced in Dessert cooking and presentation
Qualifications
- Culinary diploma/certificate preferred.
- Commis Chef: 0–2 years of experience.
