Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end E-commerce operations across marketplaces.
Drive online sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
Handle product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
Optimise marketplace performance through strategic planning and advertising campaigns.
Analyse sales data, identify growth opportunities, and improve conversion rates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
2–5 years of hands-on E-commerce and Quick commerce experience.
Experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, PharmEasy, or similar marketplaces.
Strong understanding of marketplace operations, digital promotions, and performance analytics.
Pharma industry experience will be an added advantage.
Self-driven, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset.
