- To supervise and manage Administrative department functions for seamless Operations.
- To facilitate Patient centered Care and support
- To facilitate process that supports continuous Patient care, better Patient experience and best clinical outcomes
- To lead and guide Team on assigned Administrative functions for the Unit across floors.

- To supervise and manage day to day Administrative activities for seamless Hospital operations. Supervise Hospital Premises.
- Maintain compliance with the Rules and Regulations of SRH and Established standards recommended for the Department.
Patient Care & Turnaround time
- Accountable for continuous Patient care and multidisciplinary. Evaluate opportunities to enhance Patient experience, care and treatment options.
- To analyze operational framework regarding functional duties responsibilities, facilities, support services. Analyze data.
- Accountable to manage Patient wait time within tat. Analyze data to review time taken for registrations, admissions and discharge process.
- Develop and train team to reduce wait time for Patient’s initial assessment, day care, In-patients, Out-Patient appointments, diagnostics, reassessment consultations and emergency patients.
- Coordinate with medical team for delayed appointments/consultations and support with alternate measures.
- Monitor mechanism for transfer (in and out) or referral patients.
- Facilitate admissions within turnaround time from ER and other units within SRIHER.
- Support VIP patients | sick patients according to their needs/queries.
- Interview and obtain Feedback from Patients. Counsel, address and resolve Patient queries which are within scope. Escalate unresolved issues to respective stakeholders.
- Advocate Patients’ rights and responsibilities and ensure high quality patient centered care is delivered.
- Streamline and initiate process improvements with guidance from respective stakeholders.
Administrative
- To guide team on Ticket management system. Follow up to close tickets on time. Escalate long pending/unresolved breakdown issues for seamless operations.
- Develop systems to manage Lobby and crowd. Address Patient footfall during heavy crowd. Manage staffing and systems for quick responses and seamless operations.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks. Develop systems to address and respond to uncertain emergencies/outbreaks /disasters to continue with essential services.
- Advocate against Medical Advice (AMA) process and educate Patients.
- Accountable for Hospital and Patient Safety. Adhere to guidelines and escalate issues that are non-compliant.
- Responsible to manage Patient transport activities inclusive of Wheelchairs, stretchers and Housekeeping.
- Address concerns and outcomes based on data in peer review meeting.
- Manage staffing plan and leaves. Deploy resources accordingly and balance workload.
- Appraise performance and build high performance work culture.
- Develop process Improvement measures to streamline workflow efficiencies and share to Unit Head.
Infection Control | Sanitation | Operational
- Supervise wards, facilities, hospital premises for cleanliness and effective Hospital Operations. Escalate issues.
- Responsible for Hospital’s sanctity and floor decorum. Supervise hospital sanitary measures and infection control practices.
- Monitor assigned inventory and assets. Review utilization of Hospital space and assets. Maintain records appropriately.
Compliance
- Comply with Hospital regulations, accreditation standards (NABH/NMC) and legal requirements.
- Adhere to Quality assurance metrics. Comply with incident reporting system. Implement corrective action plan and document reports.
- Comply with statutory board professional interfaces. Ensure effective liaison and coordination is established to handle MLC|Death and other legal cases.
- Support mandatory training and mock drills.
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of SRH and ensure that work performed is in keeping with the established standards of Hospital/ NABH & accreditation boards.
Leadership & Team Development
- Motivate and Guide Team members. Handle conflicts efficiently and develop team work
- Appraise and develop team’s performance
- Ensure continuous learning is established for self-growth and team members and implement best practices as per guidelines.
Documentation and Reports
- .Prepare and document monthly metrics data. Share periodical reports (MIS) to respective stakeholders.
- Perform any other tasks and duties appropriate to his/her realm of knowledge, skills and experience as required by the management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
