Hiring: Remote Lead Caller + Social Media Manager | Full-Time | Night Shift India
We are a U.S.-based insurance, mortgage, and lending company looking for a sharp, reliable full-time remote hire from India.
Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time
India Time: Approx. 9:30 PM–6:30 AM IST
Pay: ₹25,000/month base + ₹500 per closed deal
Bonus: Uncapped
What You’ll Do
Calling
Call and follow up with U.S. leads
Book and confirm appointments
Qualify leads for insurance, mortgage, and business loans
Log all activity in GoHighLevel CRM
Follow scripts and update lead status properly
Social Media
Create 5 image posts per week
Create 3 short videos per week
Post on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Respond to comments and DMs within 1 hour
Requirements
Clear, confident English
Prior calling experience
U.S. calling experience preferred
CRM experience required
GoHighLevel experience is a plus
Canva and CapCut skills
Reliable internet and headset
Comfortable working night shift consistently
Compensation
Base: ₹15,000/month
Bonus: ₹1000 per closed deal
No bonus cap
Examples
10 closes = ₹25,000/month
20 closes = ₹35,000/month
30 closes = ₹45,000/month
Closed deal means a bound insurance policy, funded loan, or signed application that results in a funded/bound deal.
