Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Production Trainees to join our team. The selected candidates will be trained and guided to work in various stages of lithium-ion battery production, quality checking, and assembly line operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day production activities.
- Operate machines and equipment under supervision.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during the production process.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
- Report any issues or abnormalities to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma / Any fresher interested in production work.
- Willingness to work in a factory environment.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (added advantage).
Skills Required:
- Good learning attitude and discipline.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Basic communication and reporting skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
